Shipping policy

At Sings the Rooster, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

• Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase, unless specified in the product description.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email when the order is shipped

Shipping Options

• Standard shipping (3–7 business days within the U.S.)
  

Shipping Rates

• Calculated at checkout based on order cost
  • $1-$10:    $6.90
  • $10-$50:   $9.90
  • Over $50:  $15.00  
    

Additional shipping fees may apply to heavier items and will be indicated in the product description.  Fees will be communicated prior to shipment and invoiced separately

 

International Shipping

• At this time, we ship within the United States only. (International coming soon!)

Notes

• Delivery times may be affected by holidays or carrier delays.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage may be required to resend it.
